Md Asad Iqbal

He is an Electrical Engineer who brings into the company a sense of complete commitment to whatever projects are taken up. Working with a right mix of flexibility, enthusiasm and a positive approach to situations, he has an excellent history of supervisory control and management dealings.

He has also exhibited outstanding technical ability for problem solving and trouble shooting while executing various projects electrical projects as On Mobile & India International School and security system projects in I-Gate, Whitefield, Satyam, Electronic City, Phillips, Hebbal, Wipro, Sarjapur & E.City, Peoplesoft, Whitefield. His 'hands-on' management style has enabled him to supervise the installation team, maintain project quality and programme, liaise with clients and provide technical support very effectively.

Mr. N.Puttaswamy

He is a B.E (Electrical & Electronics) graduate and who has been a part of our endeavors to provide quality electrical services to our clients. He has enriched our efforts through his hands-on experience in the LT & HT installations for Apartments, Software Facilities, Commercial Buildings, etc.






Mr. Gururaj N. Patil

He is a M.Tech( Electrical & Electronics) brings in an experience of 6 years in the field of residential, commercial projects and he had worked for Pruksa (Thailand based MNC Company) & Shriram Properties Pvt Ltd as a Consultant. He supervises and coordinates execution and commissioning of works related to the projects Mantri Synergy, Mantri Espana, Mantri Webcity, Mantri Signature, Mantri Jupiter, Mantri Alpyne.

Mr. Narasimha Murthy

An Electronics & Communication engineer, he has applied his knowledge to practical use and gathered invaluable experience from his one year of hands-on exposure. He supervises and coordinates execution and commissioning of works related to security systems and networking.






Mr. Suraj Kumar

A highly skilled professional, brings with him an experience of 9 years in the field of Electrification of Commercial & Software Facilities. He has the prior experience of working in Gulf Countries and TEAM have worked with esteemed companies like DS MAX Properties (Bangalore), Hill International, DIAR Consultant, Engineering Consultant Group (UAE).

He is a graduate and has valuable experience of 12 years in the field of Electrification & Electronic Security Systems for Software Facilities. Earlier he had worked for M/S Naseer Electricals and Narayan Electricals.



Mr. Arshad Ali

Project Engineer

He's technically certified in the Electrical field and has an experience of 10 years. Specializing in Residences & Apartments, he has had the privilege of working in Gulf Countries. He was also a part of the Sobha Developer team before joining our Company.

Mr. Swaroop Raj

Finance Manger

He's a M.Com. graduate. He looks after all financial matters related to our Company. In addition to these qualified experts we have around 4-5 highly competent site engineers who bring with them 3-5 years of experience and skill to handle any kind of Electrical & Electronic Security & Safety related System Projects.
